How’s business feeling lately? Not too bad, I hope.

I’ve been thinking about how we present ourselves online and how easy it is to get caught in the comparison trap. We scroll. We compare. And somehow, someone else always seems more “together.” More successful. More… whatever.

It’s a familiar feeling, but there’s a better focus: you. Your work. Your rhythm. Your habits.

Because it’s not flashy posts or follower counts that build a business. It’s the quiet, consistent habits behind the scenes.

That’s why I decided to go into habits a bit more. But, I’d like to start with the bad ones. Those that hold us back without us even noticing.
